It all started when…

Established in 1977, the annual Cartersville 10K quickly became one of ATC’s staple races each year, attracting runners from all over the state.   After 2014, the Atlanta Track Club decided to discontinue the event.  Thus, it remained dormant from 2015-2017, until W2W Running brought it back in 2018, making this year, the 40th running of the race! Proceeds go to W2W’s charitable program, ‘SHOES for KIDS’.

Your participation in the 10K, or sponsorship of it, has allowed some deserving young runners with high-talent but low-coin to enjoy a pair of new running shoes. THANK YOU!!
